Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 2026
At MovaLines, establishing trust with our B2B partners is our primary goal. This policy outlines exactly how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect Automatically
When you submit inquiries through our platform or book strategy calls via Calendly, we collect essential business metrics. Additionally, we use diagnostic tools including Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to automatically capture technical data about your session, browser type, and interactions. We strictly utilize this data to communicate effectively, prepare technical engineering audits, and optimize our platform's user experience.
2. Public Data Acquisition & B2B Cold Outreach
As a B2B Software Agency, MovaLines engages in active outbound marketing to locate businesses that possess outdated interfaces or slow digital infrastructure. To facilitate this:
- We responsibly acquire publicly available business contact information (including corporate email addresses) by scraping and parsing public directories such as Google Maps and corporate website footprint indexing.
- This public data is strictly utilized for sending B2B service introductions (Cold Emails).
- Opt-Out Guarantee: Every marketing communication sent contains an immediate and permanent opt-out mechanism. We respect all unsubscribe requests instantly and purge your domain from our outreach cadences upon request.
3. Cookies, Analytics & Regional Compliance
Our application uses HTML5 localized browser storage (localStorage) and cookies deployed by the following diagnostic tools:
- Vercel Analytics — Privacy-first, cookieless traffic measurement. Always active, as it does not collect personally identifiable information.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — Performance metrics and user interaction patterns. Uses cookies to measure traffic sources and page performance.
- Microsoft Clarity — Session replay and heatmap diagnostics. Captures anonymized interaction data for UX optimization.
Region-Based Consent Model: In compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, visitors located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom are presented with a cookie consent banner upon their first visit. GA4 and Microsoft Clarity will only initialize after explicit consent is given. Visitors outside of these regions will have GA4 and Clarity enabled by default, consistent with applicable local privacy regulations.
We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site advertising trackers. You can revoke your consent or opt out of data collection at any time by clearing your browser's local storage. EU/EEA/UK visitors may also decline analytics via the cookie banner's “Decline” button, which immediately prevents GA4 and Clarity from loading on subsequent visits.
4. Exit Feedback Collection
When you interact with our exit-intent feedback popup, we may collect the following information to improve our services and better understand visitor needs:
- Name and Email — Optionally provided by you. Used only to follow up on your feedback or address your questions if requested.
- Feedback Reason — A pre-defined category you select to indicate why you did not book a strategy call.
- Additional Details — Optional free-text feedback you choose to share.
- Country — Automatically determined from your IP address via HTTP headers provided by our hosting infrastructure (Vercel). We do not store your IP address itself.
- Device Type & Browser Information — Collected automatically to help us optimize the feedback experience across platforms.
- Page URL — The page you were viewing when the feedback was submitted.
This data is stored securely in our database and is accessible only to authorized MovaLines team members. It is used exclusively for internal product and service improvement. If you provide your email, you may request deletion of your feedback record at any time by emailing us with the subject line "Feedback Deletion".
5. Information Sharing & Third Parties
MovaLines does not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to external third parties.Data is only shared with indispensable engineering contractors or SaaS platforms (like AWS or Vercel) strictly necessary to construct and deploy your project scope.
6. Data Deletion Requests
If you wish for MovaLines to purge your corporate inquiry from our internal CRM systems, you can email us directly with the subject line "Data Deletion" and we will wipe your profile. Note that data pertaining to active legal contracts or closed payments will be retained for compliance and tax purposes.
