Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 2026

1. Scope of Development & Delivery

MovaLines ("Agency", "we", "us") agrees to provide custom software and web development services as scoped in individual project agreements. While we engineer high-performance systems designed to maximize conversions, MovaLines makes no financial guarantees regarding specific increases in revenue, traffic, or overarching business ROI resulting from the deliverables.

2. Payments & Non-Refundable Deposits

To commence work, MovaLines requires an upfront deposit as outlined in the invoice. Due to the immediate allocation of engineering time, architecture planning, and external contractor resources, all deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.

If a client ghosts, delays communication for more than 14 days, or abandons the project, MovaLines reserves the right to terminate the project without refund.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

MovaLines retains exclusive ownership of all source code, designs, and architectures during the development lifespan. Intellectual property rights and codebase licenses are only transferred to the client upon 100% completion of all final milestone payments. Until the final invoice is cleared, MovaLines reserves the right to withhold deployment or revoke staging access.

4. Third-Party Liability & Infrastructure

MovaLines relies on premier third-party infrastructure and analytics platforms (e.g., Vercel, AWS, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, external APIs) to deploy and optimize applications. MovaLines is categorically not liable for any downtime, data loss, or inaccuracies caused by the failure, suspension, or deprecation of these third-party services.

5. Revisions & Scope Creep

Projects are executed against a predefined scope. Any feature requests, redesigns, or programmatic changes requested by the client that fall outside the initial scope boundary will be billed entirely separately at our prevailing hourly or flat-fee rate.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the operating laws where MovaLines is officially registered. Any disputes resulting from these terms will be handled exclusively through binding arbitration.
